RANT: Our mailman has done all he can to show his incompetence. He delays delivery of our checks. He delivers our mail all over the neighborhood, letting the receiver decide if they want to deliver our mail to us or disregard it. He misses our house when the flag is up for him to pickup mail.

He leaves the mailbox lid open so when it rains, the mail will be wet.

He has even delayed some bills to be delivered late in order that the payment would be late.

Case in question: Friday we received two bills. One a credit card bill that was due the next day. The other had two days left before delinquent.

We always pay our bills ahead of time, and have never had late charges added.

We have to call to explain why the payments are late and have notified the post office of this and they don't seem to care.
