Buffalo Trips All Saints Trojans, 54-0
By JIMMY HICKS
Staff Writer

The season for All Saints did not start the way the Trojans envisioned, as the Buffalo Bisons scored on their first eight possessions of the game.

Buffalo defeated All Saints, 54-0, in the second contest of four in the Tyler Football Classic at All Saints Mewbourne Field.

Braylon Vazquez rushed for 200 yards and scored three touchdowns to lead the Bisons.

The Trojans were led by quarterback Bobby Sterken's who finished the game 8-13 for 65 yards.

Sterken weaved in-and-out of the Buffalo defenders and appeared to have scored an All Saints touchdown, but there was a penalty called on All Saints to negate the 66 yard run.

Bison quarterback Jordan Canady passed to Kirk Ringland for 36 yards down the middle of the field and found Andrew Houston with 47 yard toss to put the Bisons' in front 33-0 at halftime.

All Saints used four signal callers in the second half, after starting quarterback Sterken was injured in the first half and his replacement Jontrell Boone led the Trojans for just one series.

All Saints was led in receiving by Clayton Anderson with four catches for 88 yards. Anderson also took a turn quarterbacking the Trojans on one series,

One bright spot for the Trojan defense was when senior Christian Klouda came from 20 yards behind and chased down a Bison runner on what appeared to be on his way for a touchdown.
