In response to M.S.T. Namboodiri's letter, dated Aug. 23: He cites "so many letters demonizing Barack Obama ..."

Since when is telling the truth about a person considered demonizing? My goodness, there are so many negative facts about his past, how can anyone ignore the blatant truth?

As a child is raised, so goes the child. If you are the offspring of a socialist/Marxist mother and have socialist professors and associates all your life, do you think that all of a sudden you will see the light (only after you enter the presidential election) and realize you are not a socialist/Marxist anymore?

Where is Obama's compassion when he lives in a multi-million dollar mansion, makes over $4 million a year and his half-brother lives in a tin shack and lives on a dollar a month? Do you think that he will consider you and me any better than his own half-brother? I don't think so!

Obama's resume is as thin as this piece of paper. His accomplishments and voting record can be accessed at any time. The truth is for all to see and read, except for those that refuse to see.

"Words, just words." I would rather hear the truth!
