Volunteers with the Women's Symphony League of Tyler are preparing for a stylish fall fundraiser this year, as they welcome back the Style Show and Luncheon, WSL Publicity Chair Leslie Roberts said.

Bridgette's and Harley's will showcase this year's fall fashions at the style show, set for 10:30 a.m. Sept. 11 at the Villa di Felicita.

"The setting could not be more perfect," said Laura Hyde, co-chair of the event with Joan LeSauvage. "Our Women's Symphony League theme this year is 'Viva Vivaldi - Viva Venice' so the Italian backdrop will set the stage for our 'Viva Fashions' style show."

The style show will follow a seated luncheon, to be served shortly after guests arrive at 10:30 a.m. Mrs. LeSauvage says seating for the event is limited.

"We have an early RSVP this year which is Aug. 30, so ladies need to send their reservations in as soon as possible, especially those taking advantage of the new reserved tables up front."

Guests also will have the opportunity to enter a chance drawing for gifts from several Tyler area merchants, including Bridgette's, Harley's, Red Barn Flowers & Gifts, Bella Donna Spa, Stewart Designs, Pure Radiance Spa, Cole and Co., and Dermedics, The Skin Spa.

"The chance drawing promises to be a hit and chances are only $5 each or six for $20, so we are encouraging the ladies to bring their cash and checkbooks," said Mrs. LeSauvage.
