  • TYLER -- Tyler Parks Board, 11:30 a.m., Rose Garden Center.

  • TYLER -- Smith County Commissioners, regular meeting, 9 a.m. Courthouse Annex, 200 E. Ferguson. Consider budget and tax rate.

  • JACKSONVILLE -- Jacksonville ISD, budget hearting, 6:30 p.m., followed by regular meeting, Administration Building, 1547 Pine St.

  • PALESTINE -- Palestine City Council, public hearing on tax increase, 5:30 p.m., city hall.

  • BULLARD -- Bullard ISD, meeting in Administration Building. 5 p.m., work session; 7 p.m. meeting, consider setting tax rate and adopting budget.

  • TROUP -- Troup ISD, special meeting, 6:30 p.m. Board Room, 201 N. Carolina. Consider adopting budget and setting tax rate.

  • TYLER -- Tyler Construction Board of Adjustment and Appeals, 9 a.m., Tyler Development Center, 423 W. Ferguson St.

  • KILGORE -- Kilgore City Council, 5:30 p.m., 815 N. Kilgore St.

  • GILMER -- Gilmer City Council, 5:15 p.m., city hall, 110 Buffalo. Consider complaint on block grant program procedures.

    Tyler City Council TV

    Tyler City Council meetings air at 3 a.m. and 7 p.m. Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Friday on local government access cable channel 3. Tyler Planning and Zoning Commission meetings air at 3 a.m. and 7 p.m. Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday on the same channel.

    TISD TV

    Tyler ISD Board of Trustees meetings air at 7 p.m. on the third Thursday of each month and are rebroadcast at 2 p.m. the following Saturday and 8 p.m. the following Sunday on TISD TV cable channel 19. Regular board meetings typically take place at the Jim Plyler Instructional Complex, 807 W. Glenwood Blvd.
