Seth Kinney Fund Established At Kelly Federal Credit Union
The Seth Kinney Fund has been established at Kelly Commercial Federal Credit Union.

Seth Kenney was born premature to Brian and Tina Scott Kinney of Whitehouse and is receiving medical treatment in Dallas, said Edith Brewer of Whitehouse.

Donations can be made to the fund at any of the credit union's branches through Oct. 31.
