Arp Sweeps Sabine, Henderson In Volleyball
Arp gained two victories, both in four games, over Sabine and Henderson on Tuesday.
Kandace Sipes stood out in both games, getting 21 kills to key the win over Sabine (25-13, 25-20, 22-25, 25-17) and 30 more in a triumph over Henderson (25-22, 19-25, 25-20, 25-21).
Kelsey Allen accounted for 17 kills and 39 digs in the two matches combined.
Other Arp standouts included Jessi Wymer (34 digs, 20 service points) and Mallory Roberts (71 assists, 24 digs, 27 service points).
Arp opens up pool play in the Gilmer varsity tournament today at 2 p.m.
