Lindale Splits Dual Match Tuesday
LINDALE -- Lindale split a dual match on Tuesday, sweeping Kaufman and losing to Quitman in four games on Tuesday.
Kelci Lind hit for 13 kills to lead Lindale past Kaufman, 25-15, 25-17, 25-20. Kaitlyn White (11 kills, three blocks), Chrysa Fulcher (six kills) and Maggie Ragsdale (28 assists) also stepped up in the victory.
Quitman won two close games to beat Lindale 25-20, 19-25, 25-23, 25-23.
Lind put down 17 kills, and White added 10. Ragsdale contributed 25 assists and Meagan Hardy six digs for Lindale.
Lindale swept both the varsity and junior varsity matches.
The Lady Eagles get back in action on Friday at 9 a.m. against Marshall.
