Photos: 'Greatest American Dog' Celebrities Honored in Jacksonville

Jacksonville Mayor Robert N. Haberle and other officials presented a proclamation to Bill McFarlin and his Brittany Spaniel Star, stars of the CBS-TV program "Greatest American Dog," Wednesday night. The presentation took place before last night's episode appearing on television.
McFarlin resides in Flint with his wife Sherrie.
