RANT: This Rant is directed to the telemarketers who have called me repeatedly over the past several months regarding an extended warranty on my vehicle.

I am not interested in your product. At the end of your message, I may press “2” to delete my phone number from your computer. I press “2” after each call, but the calls have not ended.

So here’s where we stand: Your calls are not welcome. If they continue in spite of my requests to end, I will send one million e-mails to your website. (Yes, I know how to do that.) This level of traffic will overwhelm your server, requiring considerable effort to purge and possibly even re-boot.

I will continue to send e-mails to your Web site in increments of one million in response to future phone calls.
