Tyler Zoning-related Requests to Be Considered Today
Tyler Planning and Zoning Commission members will meet in regular session at 1:30 p.m. today at City Hall to discuss and consider a number of zoning-related requests.
Items on today's agenda include:
Annexation of 2.07 acres near the intersection of Three Lakes Parkway and Old Jacksonville Highway.
Zoning change request for 15.7 acres on South Broadway Avenue.
Site plan amendment for 3.99 acres near the intersection of Shiloh Road and Donnybrook Avenue.
Site plan amendment for 2902 E. Front St.
Special use permit renewal for 614 W. Houston St. to allow for a one-chair beauty salon.
Zoning change request for 4556 Farm-to-Market 2813 to allow for an oil field drilling bit repair business.
Zoning change request for 6.109 acres near the intersection of Broadway and Heritage Avenue to allow for construction of a Gold's Gym.
Zoning change request for 2.155 acres at 2421 ESE Loop 323 to come into compliance with current zoning requirements.
Zoning change request for 2.017 acres near the intersection of Old Noonday Road and Grande Boulevard to allow for construction of an office warehouse.
Zoning change request for 903 E. Erwin to allow for construction of a restaurant.
Zoning change request for 0.34 acres near the intersection of West 31st Street and Carter Avenue to allow placement of a single-family modular home.
Plat for a 31-lot subdivision containing 15.192 acres near the intersection of Three Lakes Parkway and Dueling Oaks to create a single-family residential district.
