Aug. 18: Ethanol a Joke
When you have a group of underpaid, unelected bureaucrats making decisions you can only expect to get what you pay for.

Ethanol is a joke. Only the large chemical companies (Archer Daniels for example) and the members of Congress who depend on their support for re-election benefit from ethanol production. Most if not all of the studies I have read say that it costs more to produce ethanol than you get from it.

People who make these kinds of decisions should have to answer to the voters. Unfortunately, now in America, this is not the case.
