RESPONSE: I cannot understand what our founding fathers were thinking of when they established our republic form of government. Did they really believe such a thing would last any time at all? Anyone with any sense should have known that, to have a form of government where the citizens are responsible for their own well-being, welfare and actions, then be required to suffer the consequences when they aren’t, should have known better.

At last, America has a political party and a candidate that will establish a form of government that ensures everyone will have the same income, whether or not they earned any of it, and all of the concomitant benefits, whether or not they contributed one iota.

What’s all of this freedom stuff anyway? And, who needs God? What is so wrong with being a third-world country? The only things this new — to America — form of government needs to work properly are hate and establishing blame. And, boy, have they ever perfected that.

We really need to watch the candidate of the party that is pushing this, though. He recently was heard to say that he would make sure that everyone who could work would have a job. This rash statement just is not consistent with this new form of government. What is he thinking?
