Aug. 11: Loss of Liberty
This latest entrance of government into our private lives, no fast food restaurants in low income communities, is just another loss of personal liberty and choice. It pains me to see how day after day our liberties are defined by courts and politicians ‘for our own good.”

Further, vacant lots and empty buildings bring in no tax revenue to cities, supple no jobs, and cause these “low income communities” to decay further. You need not be a Rhodes Scholar to figure this out. What will replace McDonald’s, the Brown Derby or Spago? Many of the fast food restaurants offer nutritious salads with low calories so it seems to me it is a matter of public education, not banning fast food restaurants.
