August 10: VET'S KINDLY STAFF
ROSES: Many roses are due to the wonderful ladies at the Tyler Veterinary Center on Old Bullard Road. A 2- or 3-day-old kitten was found in the parking lot of our office building with no mother cat in sight. Tearfully, I took the kitten to the closest veterinary office with the expectation that it would have to be euthanized.
Instead, these ladies immediately began discussing the special feeding and care the kitten would be receiving. When I asked if they could find a home for it, I was told that if they couldn't, the kitten would go home with one of them.
I'm sorry that I didn't get the names of these women, but I want them to know how I appreciate them. Thank you so much for your kindness!
