August 10: A HAPPIER PLACE
ROSES: I would like to express my appreciation to Religion Editor Patrick Butler for writing such a positive column Aug. 2. I share his same belief that if we would stop believing the "gloom and doom" of some of our media and hold onto our faith in God - our nation would be a happier place.
We need to concentrate on all the good and how we are blessed. May we learn to express our joy and happiness by how we act.
Our wonderful heavenly father proves His love to us every day. He deserves our gratitude and worship.
It was so refreshing to read his column. I look forward to more like it. Thanks, Tyler Paper, on the religion section.
