Eastman Chemical Announces 44 Cent Quarterly Dividend
The board of directors for Eastman Chemical Co. on Thursday declared a quarterly cash dividend of 44 cents per share on the company's common stock.

The dividend is payable Oct. 1 to stockholders of record as of Sept. 15.
