Two Rusk County Lawmen Sworn In As U.S. Deputy Marshals
HENDERSON — Two veteran Rusk County lawmen have been sworn in as special U.S. deputy Marshals and appointed to the East Texas Violent Crimes Federal Task Force.

Rusk County District Attorney Michael Jimerson said D.A. Investigator William Brown and Henderson Police Department Deputy Chief Ronnie Walker were deputized and will receive special training and technology at no cost to the citizens of Rusk County.

Jimerson said by being part of the task force the county would benefit from the expertise and resources of the FBI.
