Whitehouse Man Pleads Guilty To Possessing Child Porn
A 25-year-old Whitehouse man pleaded guilty Tuesday in a Tyler federal court to possessing child pornography.
Timothy Adcock admitted to possessing the material that involved the sexual exploitation of minors on April 9.
His personal computer, which contained the illegal material, was seized from his residence by law enforcement, according to a prepared statement by the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
Adcock, who pleaded guilty in U.S. Magistrate Judge Judith Guthrie’s court, faces up to 10 years in prison. No sentencing date has been set.
