City Altering Services For Independence Day
Friday is the Fourth of July holiday. Many businesses and service providers alter schedules to observe Independence Day.
The Tyler Paper is published on Friday. To report a delivery problem, call the circulation department at 903-597-1121.
City of Tyler offices, including water utilities, Tyler Public Library and Tyler Transit, will be closed.
This week, city trash normally collected on Friday will be collected today.
Federal and state offices will be closed. No mail will be picked up or delivered and post offices will not be manned.
Most banking institutions will be closed.
Tyler Museum of Art and Discovery Science Place will be closed. The museums will resume regular hours on Saturday. Caldwell Zoo will be open on Friday.
