June 27: Help Americans First
I went to the Wateron Addition garage sale this past weekend. We finally left about 10 as I could not take the heat and humidity anymore. As we left, I was looking at all the stuff that was still left.
There were tables, chairs, couches, you name it. Shoot you could furnish several houses with just what was left when I left.
A dear friend that was with me, said wouldn't it be great if they would put all that is left and send it to the people in Iowa, Indiana, whereever it is needed here in the United States.
Now I know gas is out of sight, but maybe someone who has a big rig could donate their trailer and the business people of Tyler could donate money for gas.
We send all this money overseas, I think it is time to take care of our own.
