So you think you had a great vacation? Well, now you can show all of East Texas!

TylerPaper.com invites all readers to post their very best vacation photo online in the site’s new “Contest Corner” – the new contest engine for the Tyler Morning Telegraph’s Web site.

Like previous TylerPaper.com photo contests, the top three photos will be published in a Sunday edition of the Tyler Courier-Times—Telegraph.

Unlike previous contests, participants and voters will be limited to one vote per day per computer.

“We heard a lot of feedback about the voting process on our previous contest engine, and this new version addresses some of the concerns,” said Bret McCormick, vice president of Web enterprises for the Tyler Paper.

Readers can submit photos at http://contestcorner.tylerpaper.com starting today, through Sunday, Aug. 31. Contest voting also begins today and concludes Sunday, Aug. 31. There is no time restriction on when the photo was taken – it could be this week or decades ago. The main criterion: Will it make someone smile, laugh, gasp or just stare in admiration or wonder?
