June 22: Not Qualified To Use
RESPONSE: In reply to Buster Barlow. If your friend saw the sign "Handicap sign" and he was not qualified to park in a space, then why are you on your soap box?

It doesn't matter if it was Sunday. It doesn't matter if it was "10 minutes" or an "hour" or "a week."

It was not a space he was qualified to use.
