Lake Palestine Clinic Offering Free Screenings
Trinity Clinic-Lake Palestine will offer free carotid ultrasound and blood pressure screenings as part of today’s groundbreaking event for the clinic’s expansion, spokesman John Moore said.

The clinic, at the intersection of State Highway 155 and Farm-to-Market Road 344 — servicing the area near Lake Palestine, including Bullard, Flint, Dogwood City, Coffee City and Emerald Bay — will undergo an expansion because of significant increases in the area’s population. Moore said the $6.3 million expansion to the existing site would improve services for local patients. He said the public was welcome to the event and that the clinic would provide free screenings for as many patients as possible between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m today.
