Five former students at T.K. Gorman High School in Tyler are currently enrolled at either West Point, the Air Force Academies or the Naval Academy Prep School. In December, 2007, the cadets gathered in Dallas for the North Texas Coalition of Uniformed Service Academies Parents Club Holiday Ball.

The former TKG students attending were Cliff and Brad Harris, sons of Dr. James and Mary Harris of Tyler; Austin and Andy Cardenas, sons of Pam Henderson of Tyler and Chris Wall, son of Jim and Denise Wall of Flint.

The Harris’ are enrolled at West Point, the Cardenas’ at the Air Force Academy and Wall is currently at the NAPS and has a football scholarship to the Coast Guard Academy for next year.
