May 20: Track Coverage Applauded
I want to applaud the efforts of Harold Wilson and Chris Parry on their excellent coverage of high school track and field this year, particularly their articles of Nick McCloud. Nick is one of the finest young men that I have had the privilege to coach and is truly deserving of such praise. I especially offer my kudos to Wilson for his comprehensive coverage of all of our Tyler area track athletes.
I had difficulty replying to Parry's article, and am sure that the problem is due to my own lack of computer skills.
Please convey my appreciation to these young writers.
