Man Killed After Being Hit By Truck Identified
The man who was killed after being hit by a truck on the Beckham Street overpass has been identified as Miguel Moncado, 31 of Louisiana, Tyler police said Monday.

He was struck by a tractor-trailer rig at about 7 p.m. on Wednesday.

Police initially had difficulty identifying the victim.
