Brook Hill Competing In State Softball Semis
Bullard Brook Hill will take on Fort Worth Bethesda at 4 p.m. today in a Class 3A TAPPS softball semifinal at Waco I.S.D. Field No. 2.
It is a matchup between two teams that throttled their opening-round playoff opponents. Brook Hill blanked Pasadena First Baptist 11-0 and Bethesda annihilated Bryan St. Joseph, 27-7.
The Lady Guard (11-1-1) have been here before, but are looking for a better result this time around while also booking their first trip to the TAPPS 3A championship.
Brook Hill was stopped 10-4 by Watauga Harvest Christian in last year’s semifinal.
