Rockin' C Ranch Sets Open House On Sunday
Rockin' C Ranch, an East Texas religious nonprofit, will host an open house 1-4 p.m. on Sunday.
"Rockin' C is uniquely known as a Christian Camp on a working ranch," said information from Rockin' C. "The camp combines good hard work with modern camp favorites."
Children, youth and parents will have the opportunity to see the facilities and take part in activities. Horseback riding, canoeing, kayaking, swimming, high ropes events and more will be available. Hot dogs and "bug juice" will be served. Families may enter a drawing for one free week of camp.
"The first 10 campers to register on Sunday will receive 50 percent off their tuition." said Rockin' C information. "Everyone who registers will save 15 percent off of their 2008 tuition."

The 2008 Memorial Meeting of the Frontier Red Hill Cemetery Association will be held in the cemetery at 11 a.m. Saturday. Future meetings will be held on the first Saturday in May.
