Mother Frances Gets National Recognition
Mother Frances Hospital has been named a Distinguished Hospital for Patient Safety from HealthGrades, a leading healthcare ratings company.

The hospital said Monday the rating places it among the top 5 percent nationally for patient safety outcomes and that it is one of 11 hospitals in Texas to receive this distinction for two consecutive years.

"We are very excited to receive this recognition two years in a row," said Dr. Robin Fabre, vice president of quality.

HealthGrades analyzed 41 million Medicare patient records.
