TJC Art Faculty member Barbara Holland’s watercolor painting “Jefferson McKay House” is one of the many pieces being offered at the TJC Art Club’s fund raising silent art auction.
The Tyler Junior College Art Club will hold a silent auction beginning Monday to benefit the college art program and the food pantry of Tyler AIDS services, organizers said.

The art will be on display in the northeast corridor of Jenkins Hall on the main campus. Bids can be placed from 10 a.m. Monday to 2 p.m. Thursday, April 3. The art was donated by art club members, students, art faculty and area artists and includes a variety of styles and media.

The TJC Art Club is also conducting a food drive through April 11. Can drive donations can be left in the art department lobby in Jenkins Hall.
