Sister City Organization Plans for 2008

Former Tyler City Manager and Tyler Sister Cities Past Pesident Ernie Clark, Della Clark and Evalyn Free visit at the holiday event at the John and Ellen Musselman home.
The Sister City of Tyler Organization met Monday, Dec. 11, to plan its calendar for 2008, which includes a trip from the Yachiyo City, Japan delegation among other activities.
