October 21: Thanks For Updates
ROSES: I appreciate Tylerpaper.com for updating the coverage from the KFC murder trial as it unfolds in New Boston. I knew two of the young men who were killed that fateful night, a long time ago, and that event has changed many lives.
One victim was my high-school sweetheart and another I knew because I was from the New London/Overton area and dated him the summer before his death.
I live in Houston, and there is very little news coverage, unlike the East Texas area. Without what reporter Kenneth Dean is doing, I would be totally lost with the exceptions of brief e-mails I am getting from a friend nightly.
I cannot even begin to tell you how not only myself, but my family are clinging to every word. We refresh on our computers at least 100 times a day to see if you have added courtroom testimony to this coverage.
