Chance of storms

We are entering a more tropical weather pattern. A low southeast over the Louisiana Delta has generated thunderstorms which are moving to the west across Louisiana. Temperatures will reach the high 90s today before dropping to the mid-90s Thursday. There will be plenty of Gulf moisture to feed afternoon thunderstorms this week, but the best chance of rain will come at the beginning of the Labor Day weekend. Winds will be southeast 5 to 10 mph.
