Cold front ahead

A cold front will move to the Interstate 20 corridor this morning marked by winds shifting from the northwest and north of up to 5 to 10 mph. Showers and thunderstorms will accompany the front. Temperatures will rise into the mid-90s, but the air behind the front will be drier and more comfortable. Temperatures will stay below normal through the week. Highs will be as low as the mid-80s Thursday and Friday. There will be another good chance of showers and thunderstorms from Wednesday night through Friday.
