The weather pattern across East Texas is looking more summer. Thankfully, the recent rainfall helped to keep away triple digit temps. Even though the moist ground will keep us on the humid side, the lack of it would have us in a better position for those more extreme temps. Rainfall will be hard to come by over the next several days, as high pressure tries to regain control. Look for storms out across West Texas this afternoon, but they should weaken as they approach Interstate 35, and move into a less-favorable environment.
