The upper-level low that has spent the past week spinning over the Southwest will move across the Red River Valley and over East Texas and Louisiana through Wednesday. It will park itself over our area through Thursday until it moves into the Gulf of Mexico this weekend. Widespread rainfall amounts between 3 and 4 inches could accumulate across East Texas by the end of this week.
