The cold front associated with the strong spring storm system spinning across the Central Plains and mid-Mississippi Valley today will finally make its way through East Texas. Winds will turn from the west 10 to 20 mph with gusts to 30 mph this afternoon. That will set us up with unseasonally mild weather through Friday. Expect lows in the 40s and highs in the low to mid-70s. High temperatures will return to the 80s by Sunday. No significant rainfall is expected through Monday.
