A nice and mild day ahead after a cool start this morning. Temperatures will warm into the mid-60s for highs today. Another strong arctic cold front will move into the region after midnight tonight with temperatures turning much colder for the first part of the new week. Temperatures will have a hard time getting into the mid-40s for highs Monday with temperatures falling into the low 20s Monday night. Tuesday will remain very cold with temperatures near freezing for highs.
Tuesday night will bring temperatures back into the teens and low twenties for many parts of the region on Wednesday morning. Temperatures will begin to warm Wednesday afternoon as high pressure begins moving east of the region. Much warmer temperatures can be expected by Friday with a slight chance of rain coming back into the forecast.
