The coldest air of the season so far will keep temperatures below freezing until midday Tuesday. Highs today will be near 30 degrees with wind chills as low as 4 degrees. Tonight’s low will be in the mid-teens. A shift back to south winds Tuesday will start a warm up that will keep temperatures above freezing the rest of this week. There will be a 30 percent chance of rain Wednesday. Rain chances will increase from Wednesday night through Friday night. High temperatures will return to the 60s Thursday and Friday.
