Today and Friday will be warm with high temperatures near 90 degrees and a less than 20 percent chance of rain. A strong cold front will cross East Texas Saturday morning. There will be a 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms after midnight Friday night followed by cooler, drier air and a real feeling of fall over the weekend. High temperatures Saturday and Sunday will be in the mid-70s. Lows will be in the mid-50s Sunday morning and in the upper 40s Monday morning. Winds will blow from the north 10 to 15 mph after the front passes by.
