High pressure at the surface and weak high pressure aloft will provide beautiful weather over the next several days of the upcoming week. With clear skies and dry air in place, expect temperatures to fall into the mid- to upper 50s by daybreak this morning and highs only reaching the mid-80s this afternoon. There is a disturbance that may affect deep East Texas with some increase in clouds and a slight chance of rain for Monday and Tuesday across that area. For now will go with a dry forecast for this week for the Tyler, Longview and our surrounding areas for the upcoming week. Daytime temperatures will warm into the low 90's by Wednesday into Friday and overnight low temperatures in the 60's warming to near 70 Wednesday night. Our next best chance of rain is expected next weekend.
