“Men’s Day” at Holly Brook Baptist Church will be held Sunday. The day will begin with breakfast at 8 a.m. in the Family Life Center. Men will lead the worship service at 11 a.m. and fill the choir. Major Larry Henderson, a U.S. Air Force Reserve chaplain, will bring the morning message.

The Holly Brook Baptist Church “Saints Alive” senior adult winter Bible study Jan. 20 to 22 will focus on Paul’s letter to the Colossians. The study, Monday through Wednesday, will begin with a “brown bag” lunch at 11:30 a.m. in the Family Life Center and conclude by 3 p.m.

A new series of GriefShare meetings, a support group for those who grieving the death of someone, will begin at Holly Brook Baptist Church January 28. Sessions are from 6 to 8 p.m. each Tuesday evening in the Family Life Center. GriefShare is open to the community.

Holly Brook Baptist Church members will return to First Baptist Church, Port Isabel, for their 11th annual mission trip January 26-February 1. Construction projects will include painting and some building and repairs.

First Baptist Church Tyler, South Campus, will host “Slugs & Bugs Live,” a children’s concert on Feb. 7. The Shady Grove Baptist Church will hold its Male Chorus Musical at 7 p.m. today at 12480 FM RD 14in Tyler. The Male Chorus 36th Anniversary program will be at 3 p.m. Sunday. Rev. Wendel Pringle, pastor of the New Holland Baptist Church, is the guest speaker.
