Make this holiday season joyful, stress free with help from Integrative Health Matters

The holiday season can be a magical time of making family memories and focusing on what matters most in life.

In an attempt to make the holidays all we hope them to be, the season can easily turn stressful and exhausting.

To make this holiday season a merry one, Integrative Health Matters is inviting the community to a fun, informal evening focused on keeping the season joyful.

The free gathering is open to the public and is set for 6 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 16, at Integrative Health Matters, 419 WSW Loop 323, Suite 400 in Tyler.

The talk will be led by Integrative Health Matters coaches, Sheri Danielson and Karol Spence, along with Sharon Siebenlist, RN. They will share tasty bites and recipes of healthy, easy, and delicious holiday side dishes. There will also be focus on stress reduction, gratitude and creating a joy-filled, holiday atmosphere.

Danielson believes in cultivating happiness year round and that joy is a key component to living a healthy, meaningful life.

"Our time together will be light and fun. It will be all about getting centered for the holidays, focusing on gratitude and enjoying what the holidays are really about, instead of getting stressed and worn out," Danielson said.

Integrative Health Matters is a functional medicine clinic in Tyler. The team of doctors and health coaches provide healing and hope to patients through individualized and compassionate care focused on getting to the root cause of their clients' health challenges.

The practice combines traditional medicine, natural remedies, education and community programs to create lasting change in their patients.
