Henderson County deputies stopped a man riding a bicycle on the wrong side of Sunrise Drive south of the city of Chandler about 11:30 a.m. on Saturday. The man was acting nervous and was having a difficult time communicating with deputies, according to Henderson County officials.

Deputies identified the man as Andrew Allen Page, 36, of Chandler.
