A school supply drive to benefit Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Texas and PATH of Smith County was held at United Heritage Credit Union branch locations and corporate offices in July.

United Heritage employees and members contributed more than 1,560 school supplies valued at more than $1,780.

The school supply donations will help low-income children in Travis, Williamson, Hays and Smith counties.

Earlier this month, supplies were delivered to Big Brothers Big Sisters for preparation and distribution to children in need. Supplies collected for PATH will be distributed to schools in Smith County.
