The Tyler A&M Mothers’ Club Howdy Dinner is scheduled for 6:15 p.m. Thursday at Pollard United Methodist Church, 3030 Copeland Road, in Tyler.

Join the club for a potluck dinner and an opportunity to meet other Tyler-area Aggies and their families.

The Aggie moms will provide the meat and participants are asked to bring a two-liter drink and a dish to share according to the first letter of their last name: A-L should bring a dessert. M-S should bring a vegetable. T-Z should bring a salad.

Kyle Bryson, Class of 2009, will be the guest speaker, according to a news release about the event. Bryson is an assistant director of development at the Texas A&M Foundation.

The evening will include welcoming incoming freshmen and transfer students and recognizing the 2014 scholarship recipients.
