About 20 balloons are expected to be at the event, and attendees are invited to bring a friend and a lawn chair.

Admission will be free, with parking for $10 per car.

The festival begins at 10 a.m. Saturday with airplane rides and activities for the kids throughout the day, including a bounce house, basketball, pony rides, a petting zoo, face painting and more.

Food and merchandise vendors will be onsite throughout the day.

Other activities include radio controlled aircraft, aircraft static display, Trinity Mother Frances helicopter, tethered balloon rides, a car show from 5 to 8:30 p.m. and a balloon glow at dusk.
