A Bullard woman was killed, and two teenagers were injured after a one-vehicle wreck on U.S. Highway 69.
The wreck happened about 4:10 p.m. Friday near Farm-to-Market Road 2493.
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, a white Nissan car was traveling north on U.S. Highway 69 when the driver lost control and “ran off the road to the right.”
“The vehicle struck a tree, killing the driver and injuring two passengers,” the news release states.
The driver was identified as 39-year-old Hollie Warren, of Bullard.
A 15-year-old passenger, identified as Ms. Warren’s daughter, Haley Lombardo, was reportedly in critical condition Friday at East Texas Medical Center, according to DPS.
The other passenger, identified as 15-year-old Wade Driggers, of Bullard, was taken to East Texas Medical Center with minor injuries.
