An event to celebrate local produce, farmers and wine will be held Saturday in Winnsboro.

The Field to Feast Dinner will be at the Bella Stella Winery, 818 County Road 4440, beginning at 5:30 p.m., according to a news release. The event, which features music, food and wine, is a joint venture between the Texas Chef’s Association, Winnsboro Farmer’s Market and the winery.

The dinner will include organic heritage pork from the Piney Woods Ranch, pasteurized chicken from Hinds Feet Farm and grass-fed beef from Embry Family Farms, the states.

Guests will be greeted by a tuxedoed staff and led to a tasting room to meet local farmers and enjoy hors d’oeuvres and wine while a jazz guitarist plays in the background.

Guests will then be given a guided tour of the winery and have dinner in the vineyard at a long table. Texas chefs prepare the dinner, and wines are paired with each course, the release states.

After dinner, there will be a mini concert by Adler & Hearne.

Tickets are $80 per person and can be purchased in Winnsboro at Art & Espresso, Ladles to Linens and city hall.
